The 7391 lockout set includes everything you need to prevent the unauthorized use of water faucets and hoses. The set includes a valve lockout device, made in the USA from durable recycled plastic, and a rugged, indoor/outdoor recycled aluminum padlock with a plastic casing. The set also effectively locks out LP tanks.
