These bright red, easy to open, polypropylene (PP) Biohazard Bags are for disposal of biohazard waste and plastic laboratory items such as used tips and tubes. Bags have a clearly printed biohazard symbol and pass ASTM 1922 tear resistance and ASTM 1709 dart impact tests. UNU40104 and UNU40120 are made from HM-HDPE and can only withstand autoclaving up to 121°C.
