Scilogex, STM5000, STORM5000 115V Chemical Resistant Diaphragm Vacuum Pump
The Scilogex STORM5000 diaphragm vacuum pumps are durable and chemical resistant. All contact surfaces are PTFE coated.
The STORM5000 has free air displacement at 115V, 60Hz and a maximum vacuum of 24"Hg (200 mbar). They are recommended for operations utilizing organic/aqueous solvents and/or light acid/base solutions. They are recommended for operations utilizing organic/aqueous solvents and/or light acid/base solutions and can also be used to pressurize up to 18 PSIG.
The STORM5000 are resistant to bleach and acetone vapors allowing it to be used with cell culture decontamination protocols.
