Standard jaw pincers are made of forged steel and are suitable for the installation or removal of ear-type clamps that secure pneumatic or hydraulic industrial hose fittings. Its jaws clamp each side of the ferrule, compressing the hose against the barbed portion of the hose fitting for a secure fit. It is made of forged steel for strength and durability, and has rubber-coated handles for sure hold. These standard-jaw pincers are suitable for industrial or commercial hose fitting repair and installation applications where space is limited.
