These safety work gloves are tested to EN407 level 1 contact heat resistance for safety when handling high temperature materials. A measure of how well the glove will insulate hands from heat, level 1 contact heat resistance indicates the glove can withstand temperatures up to 100° C // 212° F for up to 15 seconds.

The 18-gauge seamless aramid fiber knit is tested to ANSI A4 cut protection and level 4 abrasion resistance for safety around sharp or rough materials. Classified by the weight needed to cut through, ANSI A4 is considered a relatively high cut rating with a measure of 1,500-2,199 grams.
