Invert Sugar is a mixture of Fructose and Glucose, obtained by splitting Sucrose into these 2 components. This unit will show you Invert Ratio % at Invert Sugar, being used during Invert Sugar making process or final product's testing.This unit has 3 scales of Brix, Angle of Rotation and Inverted Sugar concentration

Features

Display -Purity, International Sugar Scale, Specific Rotation, and Concentration are automatically calculated from the measured refractive index and angle of rotation. Temperature is displayed constantly.
Sample stage -Only 3ml of sample needed.
Scale Buttons - All (Angle of Rotation), Brix(Brix), UeeHPreesing switches the scale in the following order: Purity -> International Sugar Scale -> Specific Rotation -> Concentration)
Evaluation Indicator - Measurement evaluation is indicated by green or red light.
