These soil sampling kits are ideal because of thier simplicity. They are available with the 5/8" threaded, signature series, and quick connect connections, and each sampling kit includes one 3 1/4' regular auger, one 4' extension, and an 18' rubber-coated cross handle.
AMS Augers, Extensions and Cross Handles can also be ordered separately. If you want to auger into sand, mud, clay or hard pan, you may want to purchase cross handles, extensions, and auger heads separately – choosing the components that are right for your needs.
