Rugged heavy wall 6000mL capacity reactor (complete). Body has 150mm (6-inch) Schott style top flange with O-Ring groove at top, for connection to 6433-44 head with 6517-27 quick release clamp.
Complete item consists of: 6384-27 reactor body with7855-881 CAPFE O-Ring, 6433-44 head with Ace-Threds (has vertical side necks), 5838-86 PTFE bottom adapter with CAPFE O-Ring, 6517-27 clamp, retainer ring, 350 micron polypropylene screen support and 100 micron polyethylene support, 5844adapter, 5839-47 shutoff valve (optional 5839-55larger valve is available), 8044 bearing, 8075 stirring rod, 6024-20 condenser and 7299 addition funnel, #7 Ace-Thred bushing, and 8089 multipaddle agitator. Also included is a perforated glass plate support for bottom adapter. Bottom has an Ace-Thred (internal glass thread) for installing 5838-86 (size #80) bottom adapter with filter support and drain valve. Head has #15 Ace-Thred center neck, four #15 and one #7 Ace-Thred side necks. The Ace-Threds allow for vacuum or pressure applications and for easy draining of material out of the reactor. The main bearing, funnel, and condenser are designed to connect to the threads on the head via compression bushing connections. The #7 Ace-Thred is used for connecting a 1/4-inch O.D. tubing fitting to allow for a direct connection to a pressure source or a 6448pressure manifold (not included). Body I.D. is 150mm; approximate depth is 395mm (measured from top of flask flange to seal on top thread).
