Dixon Boss fittings are made of high-quality materials, they are built to last. You can choose from Boss washer seal female spuds, Boss Holedall fittings, Boss clamps, Boss wing nuts, hammer unions, and more!

Boss washer seal female spuds are suitable for steam hose connections. The products can be applied to various metallic, plastic, rubber, etc. hoses. Boss couplings supply a convenient threaded fitting to connect two lengths of hose or a single length to a male or female threaded outlet.

Boss Holedall fittings are perfect for air and liquid applications where a permanent, low profile clamping system is desired. The items are supplied with carbon steel ferrules.

Boss clamps are available in different materials including stainless steel and zinc-plated iron.

Boss wing nuts are intended for use with Boss clamps and Boss ground joint fittings. It is possible to choose from the items that are made of stainless steel or plated iron.

There are several series of hammer unions from Dixon Valve:

• The 100 Series is designed for use on low-pressure manifolds and lines as well as in applications running air, water, oil or gas up to 1,000 PSI NSCWP;
• The 206 Series is intended for general service applications running air, water, oil and gas up to 2,000 PSI NSCWP;
• The 602 Series is perfect for use in mud, manifold service, and truck mounting applications running water, oil, or mud up to 6,000 PSI NSCWP.
