The UEi IRT803 is a digital Insulation resistance tester that has a 600V AC/DC measurement capability and auto ranging. Each meter includes silicone test leads, alligator clips for hands-free testing, and a zippered carrying case.
This meter is safety rated at CAT III 600V / CAT II 1000V and is drop rated for 6 feet. The IRT803 features a backlit display that shows the test function and measured value. It also features a DMM rotary style selector, protective rubber boot with kick stand, lock, compare and PI/DAR.
