The CPM 35 is a handheld measuring device for a fully automatic checking of ionizers at ESD workstation or in machines.
The CPM 35 can be used for the verification measurements of the decay time from ± 250 V to ± 100 V of installed ionizers and to check afterwards the offset voltage.
In the BVT-mode a walking test can be performed by contacting the metal plate with a finger.
