This dual LED source is a general purpose test source for multimode systems at 850 / 1300 nm. Typical applications include fiber optic attenuation measurement, polarity testing and fiber identification on critical systems.

The T2800 series Handheld Fiber Sources are used with an Optical Power Meter to test loss on single mode, multimode & POF optical fiber systems, at up to 6 wavelengths.The 2800 series provide excellent stability.
