The AK-4 Series is designed to automate the determination of mass deviations for standard weights with minimal operator intervention. Three weights are tested in a single cycle, and the series is commonly utilized in mass measuring laboratories, particularly for the certification of weight classes E and F.
Design:
Supervision of the mass comparator is performed through a digital module which operates a controller of the mechanical components. This digital module along with an automatic loader are situated in the mass comparator weighing chamber. The instrument is operated through a digital display plugged into the controller. As the supervisory elements are separated from the mechanical components, the weighing chamber is isolated from the influence of ambient conditions.
