Oatey 31416 is a 0.6 OZ. Liquilock™ gel – solidifies water in the toilet-bowl in 4-5 minutes to help prevent drips and leaks when removing toilet fixtures, which provides therefore a clean, fast-n-easy method for removing of the toilets. The toilet-bowl water/liquid remains in a gel form during removal period and dissolves when extra water/liquid is added.

1. POUR – Turn off the supply-line. Flush the outlet and hold, draining all water/liquid from the tank. Measure out one cap from the Bulk Pack Liquilock™ and pour into the bowl.
2. SET – Watch as the crystals are absorbing the water/liquid into gel in just minutes. Now you are set to remove any toilets or hot water-tanks without messy spills!
3. FLUSH – Reconnect the water-lines and flush the gel away!
