The Sure Seal Class 300 high performance lug style butterfly valve features a stainless steel body with stainless steel trim. It is ideally suited for commercial, industrial and mechanical HVAC services. The valve performs isolation and throttling services in heating hot water, condenser water, glycol, chilled water, compressed air, chemical process, and domestic water or steam (on/off 50 PSI modulating).
The lug type butterfly valve features live loaded adjustable packing with a unique flush-mounted packing gland. The high performance valve also provides uni-directional dead-end service and includes an arrow on the body to indicate the flow direction. It includes a one-piece, blowout-proof 17-4PH stainless steel stem with 304 stainless steel bushings PTFE coated. Seats are glass reinforced PTFE to provide exceptional chemical and heat resistance. Other features include the 316 stainless steel, direct mount actuation, integrally cast disc-stop and dual offset design.
