The NIBCO® resilient wedge ductile iron gate valve provides full flow with minimal pressure drop and positive shutoff. The valve is flanged by mechanical joint, and may be used with confidence in water works and irrigation services.
The resilient wedge ductile iron gate valve features flanged, flat face end connection by mechanical joint for easy installation and accessibility. Non-rising stem gate valves are recommended when positive shutoff is required and where space is a premium. These valves may be operated with a hand-wheel or square operating nut and wrench (wrench not included).
