Mark-10, SVC001, Force/Torque Gauge Calibration with NIST & Data Certificate
Calibration of Mark-10 gauges is recommended approximately once per year. Heavy usage or company policy may necessitate more frequent calibration. We have a fully equipped climate-controlled calibration laboratory and are capable of providing quick turnaround. All calibrated gauges and sensors include a NIST-traceable (National Institute of Standards and Technology) certificate.
Gauges and sensors sent back to Mark-10 for re-calibration include a certificate showing 10 data points in each direction (tension / compression or clockwise / counter-clockwise). "As found" data can also be supplied upon request.
Standard Certificate
Basic certificate included with new Series 3, MG, TT01, TT02, TT03, and TT05 instruments. A certificate of calibration with data is available for an additional charge of $50 (see below). Models 7i, 5i and 3i indicators, and Series 2 gauges, include a Certificate of Conformance, with similar formatting to the Standard Certificate.
Certificate With Data
Shows 10 data points in each direction (tension/compression or clockwise/counter-clockwise).
Included with new Series 7, 5 and 4 gauges, and Plug & Test™ sensors, and available with some other instruments for an additional charge of $50. Also supplied with any instruments re-calibrated by Mark-10. As found / as left data can be supplied upon request.
If sending in an instrument for calibration, request an RMA number from Mark-10 and complete the RMA form before doing so. Include the completed form in the box with the instument.
