PCR-WORKSTACK
- These work racks with locking lids are stackable and stable. They can be used in cold storage and autoclaved. The racks can accommodate PCR tubes, strips, and no skirt, half skirt and full skirt plates in capacities of (1) 96 well PCR plate, (90) 0.2 mL PCR tubes or (12)x 8-strip tubes.
Using a cold rack for PCR prep helps maintain stability of the mix.Globe Scientific PCR Cold Prep Racks are designed to be kept in a freezer until time of use. The racks will maintain 4°C on the bench for roughly 3 hours and change color as they warm from 4°C to 7°C.
