These are an older 2-prong style LED flasher that was used in older Barpek brand pilot car signs to control the amber corner flashing lights. These are no longer used in current production signs, but are available as spare parts for the older units. (12-volt electrical). This style of flasher is intended to be plugged into a slotted style base receptacle.
