Dwyer 475-2-FM-AV digital manometer is a tool with intrinsic safety, which is meant for measuring the pressure of natural gases on particular combustion equipment and is also helpful for field calibration of other instruments. In tandem with Pitot tube this handheld device can serve as an air velocity gage.
General characteristics
- The tool is capable of measuring gas pressure (differential as well as negative or positive) within the range of 0 to 40.00 in w.c., that is 0 to 9.96 kPa.
- The process is carried out in a hassle-free manner due to simplicity of operation and absence of need for set-up.
- All the readings made by this tool can be easily seen on an easy-to-read LCD display.
During any procedure done with the help of Dwyer 475-2-FM-AV (for instance, troubleshooting or monitoring by HVAC technicians), the user maintains confidence in performance results even in specific hazardous locations. That is due to a special feature of the manometer – it is FM approved and possesses intrinsic safety quality.
Manometer and accessories
The manometer kit comes with a step drill (A-397), a Pitot tube (166-6-CF), 2 static pressure tips (A-303), a slide chart for air velocity (A-532), two rubber tubings (9’ length) and a battery (9V). All the parts are accommodated in a durable plastic case that facilitates carrying and protects the manometer.
