Housed in a robust case with built-in protective rubber boot it can be used in a wide range of applications. Use with any Comark Type K probe with a sub-miniature connector.

The features of this Type K Food Thermometer include a permanent clock and countdown timer within the display - with selectable alarms - to allow probe insertion times to be monitored.
The case of the C48 Food Thermometer is rated to IP65/IP67 dust and waterproof standards and Comark also uses BioCote Antimicrobial Protection, the only antimicrobial solution to be awarded HACCP International Certification, to provide an important extra level of defence against cross-contamination. This product is also NSF Certified.
