The Azer Microtome Blades are Azer Scientific's solution to providing high quality and precise sectioning of samples over extended use. These blades feature a special coating allowing for a clean sectioning process that won't scratch specimens and prevents curling, providing professional quality samples straight off the microtome. Additionally, these durable blades boast proficiency even against the most difficult tissues, including but not limited to the myoma of the uterus, prostate, mammary gland, thyroid gland, bronchial bones, and other similar tissues requiring high-fidelity sectioning.
Each blade provides quality sectioning for as many as 50-60 blocks of pathological specimens, and up to 35-40 blocks of anatomical specimens (3 micron sections) without sacrificing clean and even cuts.
