Rugged heavy wall 6000mL capacity reactor body (only) for cooling and/or heating of reaction material. With 150mm (6-inch) Schott style top flange with O-Ring groove at top, for connection to 6529-32 head with 6517-27 quick release clamp.
Complete item (6386-65) consists of: jacketed reactor body with size 28/15 O-Ring ball joints on inlet an outlet sealed tangentially for more efficient circulation. Comes with 7855-881 CAPFE O-Ring, 6529-32 head with joints (has angled side necks), 5857-86 PTFE bottom adapter with CAPFE O-Ring, retainer ring, 6517-27 clamp, 350 micron polypropylene screen support and 100 micron polyethylene support, 5844 adapter, 5839-47 shutoff valve (optional 5839-55 larger valve is available), non-flaking 8066 bearing, 8075 stirring rod, and 8089 multipaddle agitator. Bottom has an Ace-Thred (internal glass thread) for installing 5857-86 (size #80) bottom adapter with filter support and drain valve. Head has three Standard Taper 24/40 joints. Body I.D. is 150mm; approximate depth is 395mm (measured from top of flask flange to seal on top thread).
