Flash Chromatography, Spherical Joint, Epoxy Coated, With Fritted Disc
Simple absorption chromatography column for rapid preparative separations. Allows separations of samples from 0.01 to 10.0g3 in 10-15 minutes. Column is epoxy coated for safety, and has Porosity B (70-100 micron) sealed-in fritted disc above stopcock. One of our 5872 reservoirs connects between the column and 5871-36 flow control adapter (with 8192-261 PTFE plug, 0-3mm). Stopcock on the column is 4mm bore PTFE. Uses 7669-18 plastic joint clamps. Column, flow control adapter, reservoir and clamps must be ordered separately.
