Large size chromatography column with O-Ring grooved flat flange at top for easy access to column. Flange is supplied with silicone O-Ring to make seal when using 5860 head with 6517 clamp. Column is tapered to #80 Ace-Thred bottom that accepts a 5857 adapter. Column length is approximately 18 inches; flange size is six (6) inches; approximate diameter is eight (8) inches.
