The Q-App has two levels, an administrator and a user. Administrators are allowed to configure the Q-App parameters. A configured timer-controlled function allows the fully automatic start of the Q-App. The synchronization only requires a logged in user with the permission to use this Q-App. If the deviation is larger than 2 seconds between NTP Server and the balance, an adjustment together with an audit trail entry will be done automatically.
