The MWMH Series Electromagnetic Compensation Weighing Module is a solution for clients demanding the highest weighing accuracy and speed. Its operation is based on an electromagnetic digital converter. The distinguishing feature of the series is high resolution: 100,000 divisions (in contrast to other load cell modules). An innovative analog controller combined with digital filters ensures measurement stabilization within less than 100 - 150 milliseconds, depending on the load.
The electromagnetic system compensates for the weight of the weighing pan without impacting the weighing module range. MWMH is intended for workstations operating either in a static or dynamic mode. Communication interfaces with the module includes: RS 485, RS 232, Ethernet or I/O systems. The user may utilize 3 inputs and 2 transistor outputs controlled with 24 VCD voltage.
The MWMH features an integrated stainless steel housing with an IP 69K degree of protection. It is connected to signal cables via quick coupling. The module base features four holes ( 5.8 mm) located in its corners for affixing the unit. The MWMH also includes an aluminum painted plate with four threaded M6 holes useful for securing the weighing pan.
