The Chemtrol thread coupling and reducing thread coupling are injection molded PVC Schedule 80 thermoplastic fitting for use with chemical processing, industrial plating, chilled water distribution, deionized water lines, chemical drainage and waste water treatment systems.The dark grey PVC thread coupling and reducing thread coupling feature female pipe thread connections. Chemtrol fitting connect PVC piping lengths together with solvent cementing, threading or flanging to create a highly reliable, leak-free system. PVC Schedule 80 has the highest long-term hydrostatic strength of any other major thermoplastic material used for piping.
