Features:

• Volumes: 10L
• Store in closed original container at a temperature between -5 °C and +30 °C, protected from heat and direct solar radiation. Do not store with acids.
• Ultrasonic bath: Dosage: 2 - 5 vol-% in water
• Temperature: 50-80 °C
• Cleaning time: 3-5 min.
• Immersion bath: Dosage: 5 - 10 % in water.
• After cleaning rinse thoroughly and dry the parts.
• Can be combined with 0.1 vol-% elma-KS for temporary corrosion protection of rustendangered parts.
• Elma-KS can be added both to the cleaning and to rinsing bath.
• Elma tec clean A4 is classified as hazardous according to the Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 [GHS] (skin irritation, serious eye damage).
• Observe also with respect to this the hints indicated in the safety data sheet and always handle chemicals with care.
• Density: 1.132 g/ml, pH (concentrate): ~13.
• Ingredients according to Annex VII, A, Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 on detergents: 5-15 % anionic surfactants, <5 % amphoteric surfactants, 5-15 % phosphates.

Elma tec clean A4 is an alkaline, universally applicable cleaning concentrate for laboratories and workshops especially for parts cleaning made of metal, glass, ceramics, plastics and rubber. Also suitable for inspectional cleaning (carburetor and injection nozzles, PCB, protecting masks, toner cassettes of copiers and printers). Removes oil, grease, combustion residues, soot and other organic contamination and dust. For most mineral oils and greases demulsifying. Check light metal alloys of the type AlSiMg for compatibility before use.
