Start the drill with an angle of approximately 30° between the hole saw and the bench. This will prevent the tool from slipping and will achieve a more precise centering.

Continue the drill vertically but accompanying the tool with an orbital movement that favors the cooling and evacuation of the material. Remember that this is not a drill bit, but a bur, so a perfectly perpendicular drill will considerably reduce the life of the tool. Cooling with water can extend the life of the utensil. Turn off the percussion mechanism.
