Features:

• Just plug into any RJ-45 jack to identify the line type and network connection you have-10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX, Token Ring, analog, PBX, or ISDN.
• Save time and make accurate readings when you're setting up a network or troubleshooting an existing one.
• Identifies the type of circuit before connecting and possibly damaging equipment.
• Also identifies the type of equipment attached at the far end and to warn of the presence of potentially harmful signals.
• This tester is also great for when you're updating your cabling plant information or verifying functionality.
• Features 6" (15.2-cm) pigtail. If you have a wall connection turned on its side or placed upside down, you can still plug in the tester and flip it over to get the reading.
• A ferrule at the base of the pigtail protects the tester from breakage and excessive cable bends.
