The 8L Vertical Sidearm (VSA) Vesselis water jacketed and has 6 vertical sidearms and a jacket volume of approximately 7.5L. The vessel is easily set up as bioreactors by the addition of an overhead drive motor and impeller assembly. Probes, cables, adapters, controllers, thermowells, heating blankets, port assemblies, harvesting tubes and flask carriers are also available for this vessels. The vessels have #4 hose connections that accept ID tubing. Vessels are graduated from 2L through 8L and have a white matte marking spot. Typical working volume is 5-6L and the flask includes GL45 sidearm caps, pouring rings and 100mm center cap.
