Atago, 5012, RePo-2 HFCS Analysis Model Portable Refractometer & Polarimeter

HFCS(High Fructose Corn Syrup) contains 3 types of sugar: Sucrose, Fructose and Glucose. This unit will give you not only the total % of sugar (Brix%) but also % of Fructose only.It has 3 scales of Brix, Angle of Rotation and Fructose concentration.

Features

Display - Purity, International Sugar Scale, Specific Rotation, and Concentration are automatically calculated from the measured refractive index and angle of rotation. Temperature is displayed constantly.
Sample stage - Only 3ml of sample needed.
Scale Buttons - All (Angle of Rotation), Brix(Brix), UeeHPreesing switches the scale in the following order: Purity -> International Sugar Scale -> Specific Rotation -> Concentration)
Evaluation Indicator - Measurement evaluation is indicated by green or red light.
