Alemite™ 9968
RUGGED PERFORMANCE - Alemite 9968 pump is able to perform at up to 16 GPM pumping rates. A five-quart oil change can be accomplished in less than half a minute. Moreover, this pump is resistant to freezing.
QUIET - The muffler of the gadget, which is internal by construction, combined together with a leading-edge airflow construction result in Alemite 9968 operating below OSHA's noise standards, which is 85 decibels (dBA).
EASY TO USE - This pump is built to run with or independently from a lubricator. On top of it, the material outlet orientation and the air inlet are both easily adjusted around 360 deg.
LOW START-UP PRESSURE - Since this pump is constructed to decrease line pulsation and allow for lower operating air pressure, you won't need to worry about splash when filling a container with the use of a dispensing device.
EASY IN-LINE MAINTENANCE - The cost effective Alemite 9968 RAM pump facilitates in-line service. Its air operated motor as well as its spool valve are effortlessly accessible with no need in removing the downtube.
The basic parts of this pump comprise a pneumatic motor with a pump tube. The tool's motor is directly connected to a double-acting reciprocating pump tube.
These medium-pressure stub pumps (5:1 ratio) are constructed to deliver all grades of oil.
Pump Extensions - Extensions that screw straight into the pump's fluid inlet allow the pump to accommodate different size drums and tanks. Extensions are accessory items and are not included with the instrument.
