We charge up to 30% restocking fee for ALL returns for REFUND to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep. The restocking fee is deducted from the original invoice price less any shipping costs that were incurred.
If a refund is requested instead of a replacement we will charge up to 30% restocking fee. Why? Claiming, "defect" is the easy way out of a restocking fee just because the item is no longer wanted. If the product is defective, we will replace it.
If you refuse a shipment not due to damage, you will be charged up to 30% restocking fee of the full purchase price of your order in addition to any shipping costs associated with having the order shipped back.
Shipments not picked–up by the customer after shipping courier’s attempts to deliver will be charged up to 30% restocking fee and shipping charges once the the order get returned.
Note: Our shipping couriers attempt to deliver three times. If you miss all three of these attempts, then couriers will hold your package for 3–5 days. If you fail to collect this package within the set period, then it will get returned.
We offer RMA Replacement without a restocking fee to support customers who have received a defective product and complied with our Return Policy and Procedure requirements.
